April Round-up: What we’ve been up to

Is it just me or are is anyone else dizzy by how fast this year is flying by? I know people say that all the time but I really can’t believe we are at the end of April! So since this year is zipping by, let’s do a quick checkin and see what we’ve been up to!

SHOP

If you’ve been following us on social (.. i know you haven’t missed a post) then you know that we have moved shops! We are having our soft opening this week in Portsmouth and we couldn’t be more excited! Is has been so much fun setting up and decorating a new space and we are finially at a spot where she is ready to share with the world! We also have a new associate with us Laura that we cannot wait for you to meet! You’re going to just love her.

PROJECTS

We have been busy wrapping up a few different projects with our sister company Cashman Development that we cant wait to share with you! Our project in Reading,MA is just about to the finish line and that is definitely one you don’t want to miss. Think modern mediterranean meets scandinavian- this project has so many cool elements and has detail at every corner.

On the design side- We are working on a house on the Merrimac River in Amesbury, MA for the coolest couple. When complete, this house will be complete with a full spa, gym, band room (yes, you read that right) and the most stunning views of the river. Enjoy some sneak peaks below of our mood boards and items youll see in this project.

PERSONAL

Spring can’t come soon enough for us warm weather girlies because that means Summer is around the corner. So naturally that means that we are already getting ready for beach days with the kids and long weekend camping trips. Our kids are getting to that age where they really want to be out and about exploring and have a little more independence so we are so excited for this summer to try some new activities. Here’s what we have on our lists and in our carts.

TO DO-

  • Acadia National Park- We jumped on it this year and already booked our stay. With this being our first real camping trip with the kids we going more “glamping” at Terramore Outdoor Stays.

  • Seacoast Science Center- We have been longtime members of Seacoast- it’s perfect for toddlers, has a great playground and is right on the water. Cherry on top- there are concerts every Thursday in July. 10/10 recommend for all ages!

  • Surfing- We’re making a public pact to get out there more this summer! So keep us to it!

  • The Beach- This is obvious but really- when in doubt, to the beach ! We are so lucky to live in a place where we can be on the beach running around in 5 minutes. So if we’re not responding to your emails… we definitely arent at Jenness Beach.

WHAT’S IN THE CART-

  • Silicone Beach Toys- No more cracked and broken buckets! These are great no matter your kids age ! We always keep a few of these in our trunk just in case!

  • Solar Buddies- If your little one needs some wrangling to get that sunscreen on this will be your new best friend.

  • Coastal Palm Tree Blanket- Shameless plug but these really are great to either curl up around the fire in, bring to the beach or those late night summer concerts.

  • Lomi- As someone who is really passionate about sustainability and sustainable living… i dont compost. I KNOW. It just seems really involved and time consuming for me at the moment. So we’eve been eyeing the Lomi for quite some time now and might be ready to pull the trigger on it!

  • Girl Swirl- Basically everything from their online shop is in my cart at the moment so really cant narrow it down. Skate has been a mew hobby so obviously we need all the gear… right?
